A Catalyst for Nottingham Waterside Regeneration

Blueprint’s Trent Basin development represented a pivotal early phase in the regeneration of Nottingham Waterside, helping to unlock one of the city’s most significant yet underutilised assets. Located along the River Trent, the scheme formed part of a wider vision to transform the corridor stretching from Trent Bridge to Colwick Park into a thriving residential and commercial destination.

The project delivered a new neighbourhood of approximately 500 contemporary, energy-efficient homes. Designed around principles of sustainability, innovation and placemaking, the development established a strong identity while creating an attractive and well-connected community.
