Nottingham’s community energy revolution
#EnergyRev18
On the 18th October 2018, Project SCENe hosted in Nottingham the first Symposium on the theme of energy communities. The symposium was chaired by Polly Billington of UK100 and had key note talks from the Head of Local Energy at BEIS and the CEO of Community Energy England. It featured several award winning innovative housing/community projects (UK and EU) that include novel local energy systems within sessions covering technical solutions, business models and community engagement.
We would like to thank you all Project SCENe partners, our funders (Innovate UK and ERA) and speakers for all the contribution and support to this symposium.
